This is gonna be fun! It may not even be as hard as I thought it
would be - at least not if this week is any indication! I struggled
with the "group select" but I think I figured out what was going on.
I was drawing the eyes, mouth, etc right on top of the head and muzzle.
I think I was supposed to draw them to the side, group them, then
move them. At least that's what I did with my second drawing, and it
worked much easier. My inspiration for my own cartoon was the poor
little "raster fish" in the lesson. I looked at him and wondered if
I could draw him with vectors. This is just triangles and ellipses.
I couldn't get rounded edges, but I'm sure that's in another lesson. |
