Another enjoyable week. I appreciated the links to some of
the free plugins available. This is the experimenting I did with it. |
 This is the radio button
from the tutorial. |
This is another one I did.
I used a rounded rectangle this time, and used Toadies' linear Living
Sine. Still 3, but the third selection I only contracted by 10. The first
and third have the same filter settings, the second was off by 5 to help
with the raised effect. |
Here are my frames, one from the tutorial and one done using toadies
Metallic filter. The inner layer also has a sandstone texture
applied using PSP.
Both frames are here for anyone interested. |
 The butterfly
picture was modified using Toadie's Old Photo and Old Color filters. |
This is a picture my dad
took of me many, many years ago... |
|
And now for the gif's |
 This one is done without
a transparent background |
 Here it is transparent. I
first saved the one above as a transparent gif, but lost the white in the
eye. So, I changed the background color to purple. I played around with
the tolerance for saving it as the transparency. Using it at the default,
I had purple specs around the outside. When I changed it to 50%, I lost
all the purple around the image. |
|
Finally, the great thing about gif's is that they can be animated.
Here's one I did yesterday.
